Entitled and developed a 479-home subdivision. The homes ranged in size from 1,000 to 2,000 square feet. Nava Adé is included 35% of the homes as a developer provided affordable housing program.
Miller Ranch - Edwards, Colorado
A 282-unit affordable housing developmentEdwards,Colorado. Project included a mix of single family and attached housing products. Miller Ranch was a public-private joint venture with Eagle County.
Villa Carlotta - Hollywood California
On behalf of owner, CGI Strategies, oversaw the 3-year restoration renovation of a historical landmark built in 1926. The project won 2018 Preservation Design Award from the California Preservation Foundation.
Ocean View Hotel - Santa Monica, California
Developed a 65-room limited service hotel. Project was undertaken on a fee basis with services including design Supervision, financing, development management, FFE, franchise negotiation, pre-opening and marketing.
Villas at Westlake - Thousand Oaks, California
Acquired, entitled and developed a 32-unit condominium project in partnership with a major financial institution.
